Tasting Notes
Barbe Rouge, El Dorado, and Cashmere hops were selected to impart flavors of juicy red berries lending a distinct berry acidity and a lingering red grapefruit zest bitterness. These flavors paired with the wheat are reminiscent of berry jam on toast.
